Yor ma(mum), one week pass so fast ar.

The new year holiday is a whole comfortable week but somehow it seemed surprisingly short. I can vaguely remember one week ago i was in Jalan Ong Kim Wee in m'cca eating satay celup for dinner.

And everything that i've been looking forward to the past whole week ended as fast as it came by. The gathering at xr's place on friday night. Steamboat at my place last night. I know all good things gave to come to an end, but YOU dont have to make time pass so fast when good things are happening, to be fair! Nabeh.

So anyway, the gathering at xr's was no worst than awesome. Partly because i was surprised again. These guys just love it, they love surprising poor innocent lay-men like me. And then they just love to see me with my jaws hanging from my skull and my eyes like marbles.

Mlia went back to penang abruptly on wednesday morning despite a movie outing later on because her granny fell sick. I was disappointed, but i understood her situation, nothing could be done. The consoling fact was she told me she'll be back the next day. And then her return kept getting postponed back and forth between thursday and friday. Then on friday, she postponed her return to saturday. Until on friday night, i went to xr's house after dinner and who do i see? Emelia Tan Gim Seet. All planned without my knowledge once again. Thanks xr, for the oh-so-pleasant surprise.

Then last night was my steamboat gathering to rival xr's NORMAL *yawn* gathering. Everyone who were at xr's the night before was here except li ying and brad. Li ying and chucs melebih already. About 10 of us squeezed to a plastic table and it seemed more like a family gathering. Then few of them had to go piss me off by messing my bed and watching the arsenal match. But it was all good. :) We had fun. And in the end, me, sanjay and jo were left playing "in between" until 1 am and jo lost almost 50 bucks to us. And we were all left wondering why the game was playing us instead. Especially john.
